Blue Lake Capital Partners is an independent capital advisory and co-investment boutique, born from the meeting of long-standing entrepreneurial and financial experience.
Our origins
Blue Lake Capital Partners was born from the evolution of Keystone Capital Partners, a debt advisory boutique founded by Davide Grossi, through the encounter with a group of long-standing partners, including the founders of Harcos Capital Partners.
Harcos Capital Partners is an independent holding company active in Italian club dealing and specialised in developing high-potential small and medium-sized enterprises. Its investment in Blue Lake brings an established community of qualified investors and a track record of participations in strategic sectors of the Italian economy.
Together with the operating partners, this configuration makes Blue Lake a boutique backed by patient capital, long-standing entrepreneurial experience and a network of investors active across both platforms.
TELEO S.R.L. is Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Blue Lake Capital Partners S.r.l. and acts through Davide Grossi.

Founder and partner of Harcos Capital Partners (HCP), an independent holding specialised in club deals and the development of Italian small and medium-sized enterprises. He has taken part in several acquisition and growth transactions in the industrial, logistics, media and food & beverage sectors, contributing to the strategic development and internationalisation of portfolio companies. He has worked on industrial consolidation projects and investments in outstanding Italian companies, including Fastener Holding, SI Express, RoastMaster Capital and initiatives in the digital creator economy through FWD. His approach combines financial expertise, entrepreneurial vision and operational support to portfolio company management.
